The Business Process Expert, Sales Compensation will serve as the subject matter specialist responsible for executing time-critical analysis of order data from multiple sources, performing root cause analysis, and driving process improvements to aid accurate processing of sales compensation.
Your role:
Partners with Compensation, Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to analyze order data and ensure proper application for compensation based on transactional lifecycle. Analyzes inefficiencies in existing processes and recommends specific changes to effect improved efficiencies.
Identifies and assesses future changes or process improvements to automated reporting landscape. Serves as liaison between stakeholders and business partners ensuring that process changes are understood and implemented.
Creates workflow diagrams, processes and procedure models. Ensures all documentation is entered into the Matrix repository.
Provides documentation, training material and training of staff on new or existing policies, processes and procedures. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
Ensures existing and newly developed tools are adequately documented and users are appropriately trained. Works with back office IT team to resolve system issues.
You're the right fit if:
You have 4+ years of experience in operations, sales, or finance.
Your skills include experience in SAP, Salesforce, Advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint. Apttus is a plus.
You have at least a bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, finance or 8+ years of relevant experience (with no bachelor’s degree).
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re a problem solver who enjoys making processes more efficient. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Massachusetts and Washington is $99,120 to $158,592 annually.
The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $88,500 to $141,600 annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
