Support Compensation Leads and Advisors on Sales Compensation plan activities:
Review and maintain sales plan inventory
Manage the sales compensation plan review process
Point of Contact for all Sales compensation related activities
Advise and support sales plan design
Create tools to support sales plan design process
Partner with Finance and Legal contact(s) to support the design and plan documentation processes
Maintain global inventory of all business and individual incentive plans (i.e. sales, production, contests, other)
Support build out, education and adherence to consistent sales compensation framework
Manage HRC colleague alignment to plan names
Collaboration with the global compensation team during the annual cycle compensation review, assisting with Sales Compensation aspects of the process (Producer/EBIT/Sales compensation components)
Provide quality assurance / peer review of analysis
Support annual Risk Assessment activities
Understand and adherence to regulatory committees that provide oversight of Sales Plan activities
Support the Strategic Hiring process:
Working with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure offers are appropriate and aligned with our existing programs
Review approval documentation ensuring that all touch points have been adhered to
Partner with Finance to align on financial business cases
Manage tracking for strategic hiring
Review global offer letters for strategic hiring to ensure accuracy
Qualifications
The Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5 to 7 years’ related experience (preferably in the financial services/insurance industry).
