Summary: Under the supervision of the Total Rewards Manager, or designee, the HR Analyst will be responsible for Compensation/Classification and HRIS support. This position would assist in maintaining the compensation/classification system, processes, and tools; researches and helps develop and recommend best practice solutions to compensation issues; requests, responds to and compiles salary surveys. This position works with all levels of management throughout the city.
