Here's how you'll become a key player with this opportunity:
Come support Adobe's Compensation team, reporting to Adobe's Director of Compensation. This role requires someone with strong operational rigor & analytical skills who builds effective relationships with HR Business Partners and Managers, through a proactive, consultative, and collaborative approach; while also anticipating needs and demonstrating a solutions-oriented mindset to resolving issues.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
- Provide compensation support to HR Business partners & managers within the Digital Media Sales/GTM organization to address any compensation-related business challenges
- Offer guidance to key stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Rewards operations.
- Be a key player throughout the year on compensation programs support for your client group as well as during the annual Rewards Planning process.
- Provide input to compensation program owners to improve compensation programs and ensure programs meet business needs.
- Respond to Talent Acquisition offer inquiries as needed.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- 4-5 years of experience in Compensation, specifically supporting both Sales & Technical talent
- Effective presenter with ability to offer data-driven insights clearly with varying levels of management
- Experience with Workday, Excel, & Powerpoint
- Excellent written skills
- Ability to drive complete projects end to end (eg. Job Architecture reviews)
- Self-motivated to create the best final product/outcome for the business
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and consulting skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player
- Compensation experience in Tech Values
- Demonstrates attention-to-detail

- Experience using Radford surveys, job matching, and pay range development
Pay Range:
$51.00 - $56.33/hour
