Position Overview

As the Compensation Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and maintaining a competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation framework across Celsius and Alani Nu. This is your opportunity to benchmark every role, drive job architecture strategy, and support all compensation cycles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You’ll bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of compensation programs, and a proactive approach to aligning pay strategies with business goals.

In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance, or accounting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Working knowledge of compensation laws, frameworks, and survey methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ADP or PayScale preferred
  • Familiarity with stock plan administration and variable pay programs
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Experience supporting compensation planning cycles and salary benchmarking

Responsibilities

  • Benchmark every role against PayScale and establish ongoing maintenance practices
  • Work with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to finalize all job descriptions
  • Support job hierarchy development across all functions
  • Design, maintain, and update job architecture, salary ranges, and career grids
  • Evaluate compensation data and trends to recommend salary actions and grade assignments
  • Conduct analyses to ensure alignment with compensation strategy and market competitiveness
  • Participate in compensation surveys and evaluate results to support decision-making
  • Manage the catalog of job descriptions and support development of new or revised roles
  • Respond to compensation-related inquiries and provide training to HR and business partners
  • Configure job codes, job families, and functions in relevant systems
  • Contribute to annual compensation planning, including data preparation and system setup
  • Support short-term and long-term incentive planning
  • Lead or contribute to compensation-related projects as needed

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
