Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their Human Resources Department! This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN.

The Compensation Analyst supports Baptist Health’s compensation philosophy and talent acquisition strategy by thoroughly and carefully analyzing, interpreting and acting upon compensation data for competitive salary offers, annual wage adjustments, market benchmarking, internal pay equity, and more.

The Compensation Analyst has an innovative and forward-thinking approach to ensure work is accurate, consistent, and efficient. This role is expected to have a high level of professionalism and integrity when supporting customers at all levels of the organization (i.e., staff level to senior vice president).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 2+ years experience in a dedicated Human Resources role required.
• Prior experience with compensation strongly preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
