Description

A Day in the Life:

The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for performing analysis of compensation-related information from internal and external sources, as well as assisting in the development and administration of various compensation programs.

The salary for this position begins at $55,000.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct job analysis and salary survey submissions
  • Supports the review and development of job hierarchies and pay structures for base and variable pay
  • Support the Relocation Program through processing and submitting requests, tracking, and answering questions
  • Maintain and develop complex databases and reports
  • Coordinate Repayments through reporting, tracking, sending notifications, and collecting repayments
  • Act as a resource to Business Partners and Managers on compensation policy and practice
  • Assists in the development of compensation training programs (base and variable) and communications at all employee levels 
  • Assists the manager in ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed
  • Assists in the administration of the company’s long-term incentive program

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in Compensation; Sales Incentive experience, preferred
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field, preferred 
  • Strong existing computer skills and ability to quickly learn new applications
  • Proficiency in MS Office, required
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
  • Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills     
  • Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and innovation
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skill
