DescriptionA Day in the Life:
The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for performing analysis of compensation-related information from internal and external sources, as well as assisting in the development and administration of various compensation programs.
The salary for this position begins at $55,000.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct job analysis and salary survey submissions
- Supports the review and development of job hierarchies and pay structures for base and variable pay
- Support the Relocation Program through processing and submitting requests, tracking, and answering questions
- Maintain and develop complex databases and reports
- Coordinate Repayments through reporting, tracking, sending notifications, and collecting repayments
- Act as a resource to Business Partners and Managers on compensation policy and practice
- Assists in the development of compensation training programs (base and variable) and communications at all employee levels
- Assists the manager in ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed
- Assists in the administration of the company’s long-term incentive program
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years’ experience in Compensation; Sales Incentive experience, preferred
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field, preferred
- Strong existing computer skills and ability to quickly learn new applications
- Proficiency in MS Office, required
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
- Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems
- Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.

- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skill
