What We're Looking For
The Compensation Analyst will support the mission of the University and the Human Resources department through the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role analyzes internal and external data to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices and provides recommendations that align with organizational goals and compliance standards. The Compensation Analyst also collaborates with Human Resources and leadership teams to evaluate job roles and support compensation related decision making.
A bachelor's degree and one years of work experience are required. Three years of relevant experience is preferred.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
