DescriptionWHAT IS YOUR ROLE
As a Compensation Analyst you will support the effective execution of our global compensation programs. As part of the Total Rewards team you will focus on maintaining and optimizing our established compensation structures and processes.
You will play a key role in supporting the annual compensation cycles, managing compensation benchmarking, conducting job evaluations, salary structure development, base pay administration and partnering with stakeholders across HR and the business to ensure our pay practices remain competitive, fair, and aligned with internal frameworks.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Conduct job evaluations by creating and reviewing job descriptions to ensure accurate classification, leveling, and alignment with our internal framework.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking using survey data to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (i.e. managers, People Business Partners, etc.) to review, refine, and standardize job descriptions in preparation for compensation reviews or benchmarking efforts.
- Support the maintenance and application of established global salary structures, job levels, and pay bands across all relevant geographies.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation recommendations for offers, promotions, and internal moves, ensuring consistency with our frameworks.
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with local country legislation (pay equity, human rights, living wage etc)
- Assist with coordination and participation in annual and ad hoc compensation surveys, ensuring accurate and timely submission of data.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual compensation planning cycle (increases, promotions. etc.), including data consolidation, validation, and reporting.
- Maintain and update compensation documentation and data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and audit-ready records to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Perform compensation data analysis to support internal equity reviews and business reporting needs.
- Support in preparing compensation-related communications, reports, and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Support and leading certain compensation-related projects and reporting initiatives as assigned by the Total Rewards Manager.

YOU HAVE…
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of proven working experience as a Global Compensation Specialist.
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle planning.
- Working knowledge of job evaluation, salary banding and job analysis systems.
- Demonstrated experience working with compensation surveys, job matching, and market pricing.
- Experience working with compensation surveys (e.g. Mercer)
- Experience with compensation systems (e.g. PayScale & Payfactors) and job benchmarking methodologies.
- Familiarity with established compensation frameworks, salary structures, and internal leveling systems (e.g. Radford).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong data analysis and Google Suite skills (Sheets, docs, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume administrative tasks.
- Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software and CRM Systems.
- Compensation experience in a BPO or staffing environment is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) are a plus.
