The Team

(This is a 6-12 month contract position)

The Compensation Analyst assists with the administration, development, and implementation of compensation pay programs and processes.  This role will conduct market intelligence research & analyses and recommend compensation strategies while ensuring fair, consistent, and competitive pay structures.  The Compensation Analyst uses their knowledge of HR best practices to advise Human Resources Business Partners and internal clients about compensation issues on a Global level.

This will be a Hyrbid position required to be in the Boston office 3 days per week, (Tuesday-Thursday with Monday and Friday being remote)



Responsibilities

•    Perform job evaluations for new and existing jobs to determine market compensation level, internal equity, eligibility for incentive plans, and organizational logistics.
•    Utilize best practices to support the development of base, variable, and long-term incentive programs that both support and align with corporate business goals.
•    Work with global Human Resources teams to standardize compensation processes and ensure consistency within global and local programs, policies, and practices.
•    In coordination with Company-wide processes, help facilitate the annual compensation planning process including communications and business support.
•    Own data submission process for annual and ad hoc compensation surveys, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
•    Support and/or conduct external and internal compensation analyses for annual and ad hoc data requests to evaluate competitiveness of compensation programs.
•    Create market data reporting and data exchange for HRBPs and internal clients, and larger scale project initiatives.
•    Support and contribute to the development and delivery of compensation program communications, trainings, and policies.
 



Qualifications

 What you need to succeed


•    Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
•    At least 2–4 years professional experience and/or data analysis proficiency required.
•    Experience with compensation planning applications such as Oracle and Payfactors preferred.
•    Demonstrated interest in Human Resources preferred.
