POSITION SUMMARY:

The Compensation Analyst works under the direction of the Manager, Compensation & Compliance to ensure that the compensation programs are competitive, equitable and aligned with the organization’s overall strategies and goals. In collaboration with Human Resources, Physician Recruiting, Finance and other key stakeholders, the Compensation Analyst will act as the organization’s data analytics expert and will support all related compensation projects and assignments including special market studies, incentive award programs, annual wage surveys, wage and hour audits, and other activities as assigned. They will provide moderate to complex analytical support, ongoing research, financial modeling, and compensation analytics in formal and informal settings. The Analyst will make independent decisions and provide recommendations while exercising good judgment and tact. The position must be able to work with minimal supervision while consistently demonstrating the core values of Enloe Health.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related degree or 5 years equivalent experience.
  • Three years’ experience in human resources, finance, business analysis, or information technology
  • Previous experience in financial data or compensation analysis

Desired:

  • Healthcare experience
  • Compensation analytics experience
  • Human Resources experience

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Must possesses analytical skills necessary to gather and interpret quantitative and qualitative data. Strong formal and informal presentation skills are required in order to communicate complex financial concepts and information to non-financial constituents. Strong analytical skills to interpret and explain various types of compensation models. Must be knowledgeable and have the ability to develop and interpret financial, statistical and operational data. Must have strong computer skills and experienced with spreadsheet, word processing, and data base applications.  Behavior should be reflective of Enloe’s core values.
