Global Compensation Analyst III 

  • Salary Analysis:

Maintain job classification systems to ensure accurate compensation benchmarking.

 

  • Regulatory Compliance:

Stay updated on global compensation laws and regulations.

Ensure that compensation practices comply with legal requirements in all relevant jurisdictions.

 

  • Communication and Collaboration:

Collaborate with HR, Finance, Recruitment, and other departments to gather and analyze compensation-related data.

Communicate compensation policies and changes to relevant stakeholders.

 

  • Merit Review Program:
