Compensation Analyst

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving compensation strategies and insights that are critical to the growth of the organization. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring that the compensation framework aligns with the company’s objectives. Accountabilities

    • Conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling to support compensation program design, recommendations and decision making.
    • Play a critical role in the annual pay range benchmarking and review process.
    • Support the organization’s relationship with third-party vendors by ensuring data sets are comprehensive and current.
    • Develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and templates to drive informed decision-making.
    • Collaborate with People and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation data and reporting.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing periodic audits in the HRIS.
    • Support the design and development of annual compensation planning programs.
    • Participate in research and analysis for new compensation policies and programs.
    • Manage and analyze complex datasets to distill insights and convey findings.

Requirements

    • 3 - 5+ years of relevant work experience in the compensation field.
    • Experience developing and managing global compensation programs and processes in high-growth, scaling tech environments.
    • Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current trends, and market benchmark data.
    • Proven analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, including building and maintaining complex models.
    • Effective communication skills across diverse teams, translating complex ideas into digestible information.
    • Commitment to excellent user experience, empathy, and discretion.
    • Familiarity with equity compensation programs and related compliance requirements.
