Compensation Analyst

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving compensation strategies and insights that are critical to the growth of the organization. Accountabilities
- Conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling to support compensation program design, recommendations and decision making.
- Play a critical role in the annual pay range benchmarking and review process.
- Support the organization’s relationship with third-party vendors by ensuring data sets are comprehensive and current.
- Develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and templates to drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with People and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation data and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing periodic audits in the HRIS.
- Support the design and development of annual compensation planning programs.
- Participate in research and analysis for new compensation policies and programs.
- Manage and analyze complex datasets to distill insights and convey findings.
Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of relevant work experience in the compensation field.
- Experience developing and managing global compensation programs and processes in high-growth, scaling tech environments.
- Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current trends, and market benchmark data.
- Proven analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, including building and maintaining complex models.
- Effective communication skills across diverse teams, translating complex ideas into digestible information.
- Commitment to excellent user experience, empathy, and discretion.
- Familiarity with equity compensation programs and related compliance requirements.
