Job Summary: As a highly specialized Compensation Analyst, you will focus exclusively on compensation strategy, benchmarking, and incentive implementation. You will partner directly with the SVP, HR and executive leadership to lead complex market analysis and compensation architecture. You will be a partner with senior business leaders to advise on executive compensation, incentive program design, salary structure modeling, and regulatory alignment.


We will look to you to provide expert compensation consultation and strategic guidance to senior leadership. You will also conduct ongoing market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning. You will design and analyze market-competitive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. You will develop and present data-driven business cases to support compensation-related decisions. You will partner with HR and business leaders to drive compensation strategies that support workforce planning and business goals.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Role and responsibilities: develop and manage compensation strategy,
  • Conduct benchmarking and compensation surveys
  • Work closely with senior leadership to advise on job architecture
  • Develop incentive program design
  • Routinely conduct salary structure modeling, and regulatory compliance.
  • The role also includes conducting market research, designing competitive compensation programs, and supporting workforce planning and business goals.

Key Requirements, Education, Experience:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or accounting, or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
  • Requires at least five (5) years of dedicated compensation experience in a mid-to-large organization, with a clear focus on job architecture, market pricing, salary structure design, and incentive program administration. HR Generalist or hybrid roles will not be considered.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or related World at Work certification is preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
  • Requires knowledge of compensation theory and practice, job evaluation methodologies, and statutory requirements governing compensation administration.
  • Knowledge of HR and compensation software applications is preferred.
  • Must have a high level of integrity and an understanding of the need for confidentiality in maintaining internal and external integrity with HR data.
  • Requires the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.
  • Must be very detail-oriented and demonstrate strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to detect inconsistencies in data.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Requires proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills that allow the ability to compose and edit internal communications targeted at different levels of the organization and produce high-level written reports.
  • Must be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
