| Job Summary: | Join Central Human Resources as a Compensation Consultant – Intermediate or Senior Professional. This is a full-time University Staff position. The Consultant provides compensation analysis and consulting services to university clients. Key Responsibilities:

| Work Location: | Hybrid or Out of State – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 1 - 2 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings or out of state with campus presence of no less than one week quarterly at the employee’s expense. |

| Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as: Intermediate Compensation Consultant\: $59,000 - $67,000 Senior Compensation Consultant\: $68,000 – $75,000 The salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
