Responsible for providing guidance and support in the development and enhancement of the organizationβs compensation programs. This role includes conducting comprehensive market analysis, assessing market trends, and recommending adjustments to ensure internal equity. The Compensation Consultant works closely with the Compensation Manager and Director of Total Rewards to advise on structure changes, and resolve complex compensation related issues. Maintains Compensation related data, including job codes, position control numbers, and FLSA evaluations. Responsible for ad-hoc compensation related assignments.
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field, and two to three years of work related experience. Work requires analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources and apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems. Work requires the ability to draft and edit the content of business and technical documents, conduct formal training/orientation sessions for employees or perform other duties requiring a comparable level of communication skill.
