Are you passionate about driving equitable and strategic compensation practices? We’re seeking a Compensation Consultant (Projects) to join our team, reporting to the Manager, Compensation & Job Evaluation. In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert in compensation program delivery and job evaluation across both Union and Non-Union environments.
You’ll collaborate closely with Labour Relations to support collective bargaining, provide expert analysis on complex roles and organizational structures, and ensure alignment with legislative requirements, corporate policies, and internal equity principles. Success in this role requires strong Excel and project management skills, as you’ll lead and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously—balancing strategic priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations with precision and professionalism.
