This position is responsible for developing and maintaining critical frameworks such as Job Architecture, Pay Transparency reporting, and Workday configuration. In collaboration with the HRIS team, the Compensation Manager will drive process efficiencies across global reward operations - ensuring that information is processed, approved, and communicated seamlessly through Workday. Beyond operational excellence, this role will research, analyze, and administer the company’s Total Rewards programs, including both monetary compensation and non-monetary recognition initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver competitive, compliant, and engaging reward solutions that support our talent strategy worldwide.

Responsibilities

Job Architecture

  • Review and assess the current job architecture framework.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and develop updated job architecture concepts.
  • Lead project execution to implement enhancements.
  • Own and continuously optimize job architecture processes.

EU Pay Directive & Pay Transparency

  • Monitor and interpret evolving legislation related to pay transparency.
  • Conduct initial impact analysis and risk assessment.
  • Develop strategies to embed pay transparency into compensation processes.
  • Create concepts and frameworks to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Design and implement communication plans for transparency initiatives.
  • Drive rollout and adoption across the organization.

Process Ownership & Optimization

  • Serve as the operational lead for global compensation processes.
  • Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with HRIS and other stakeholders to enhance system capabilities.

Operational Leadership

  • Manage the Annual Compensation Planning Process, including merit and bonus cycles.
  • Oversee compensation survey submissions and market benchmarking.
  • Conduct salary line analysis and provide merit budget recommendations.
  • Configure and maintain Workday compensation modules.
  • Administer and optimize compensation processes for scalability and compliance.

Compensation Programs

  • Manage and enhance programs such as:
    • Short-Term Incentive Program
    • Director Stipend Program
    • Recognition and Retention Award Programs
  • Lead job evaluation and salary benchmarking initiatives to ensure market competitiveness.

 

Qualifications


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.

 

Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in Total Rewards or Compensation.

 

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, market benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with relational databases and HR systems (Workday experience preferred).

 

Business Acumen: High degree of financial and business understanding, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

 

Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with HR, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.

 

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated capability to analyze trends, identify gaps, and develop strategic solutions.

 

Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
