As the Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for assessing existing compensation programs, recommending enhancements, and leading key initiatives to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with organizational objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and manage compensation-related projects across multiple functions, applying deep subject matter expertise and knowledge of internal operations and external market practices to enhance the employee experience.

  • Oversee and guide regular market benchmarking cycles, analyzing industry trends and market data to support competitive and equitable compensation structures.

  • Lead recurring compensation processes and initiatives such as merit cycles, variable compensation cycles, budgeting, salary structure review, and wage compliance.

  • Manage and maintain enterprise-wide job architecture to support consistency and scalability.

  • Identify and recommend enhancements to streamline compensation program administration and related processes.

  • Manage the administration and compliance of the company’s 401(k) program, including vendor relations, employee education, and regulatory reporting.

  • Actively participate on the 401(k) Investment Committee, contributing to oversight of plan performance, investment options, and fiduciary responsibilities.

  • Lead change management efforts while considering the impact on technology, business processes, and employee engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation-related regulations.

  • Provide clear, consistent communication and training on compensation programs, policies, and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Talent, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of systems and processes.

  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive data and initiatives.

 

What you should have:

  • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in the development and implementation of compensation programs and strategy is required.

  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Experience with HRIS and compensation software; Workday preferred.

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
