Job Description & Summary

About your role:

This key role within our internal Reward, Performance, Benefits & Wellbeing (RPBW) team provides reward support and advice to the UK firm on internal reward policy and operations. It combines reward expertise (especially in employee pay, bonus strategy, policy, and execution) with stakeholder management. The role covers operational, policy, and strategic firmwide reward projects, including the annual salary review process. It also involves handling complex day-to-day queries as they arise. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical, written, and commercial skills, along with experience managing a variety of stakeholders.

What your days will look like:

  • Managing the annual salary review process and firmwide reward projects as an internal business partner
  • Supporting external market benchmarking  
  • Working with employee & market data to identify trends, perform modelling and prepare pay and bonus proposals
  • Present findings to stakeholders and senior colleagues

This role is for you if:

  • You have proven, demonstrable reward experience at manager level with strong technical skills, knowledge of best practice and a broad understanding of commercial and business issues 
  • You have previous analytical experience in a professional environment 
  • You have proven competent/advanced Excel spreadsheet skills including an ability to manipulate large volumes of data. Ability to work with complex formulas, vlookups, and graphs is essential
  • You have experience in utilising wider data analytical tools such as Alteryx and PowerBI would be desirable
  • You have strong communication and influencing and negotiation skills 
  • You have the ability to think logically and come up with recommendations whilst being able to apply consultative style on complex issues, before reaching a conclusion
