Meet the team: 

Dexcom is seeking a strategic and experienced EMEA Manager Compensation to join our Compensation team. This pivotal role will lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs. The Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and HR partners, providing expert guidance on compensation strategy, market trends, and regulatory compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and continue to elevate compensation practices across the organization, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and scalable. 

 

Where you come in:  

  • Lead regional compensation design, implementation, and maintenance, whilst ensuring full global alignment 

  • Partnering with key stakeholders including Regional HR, Global total rewards, Finance, Payroll, Country Managers and Functional Leads for organizational changes and program support 

  • Develop regional policies and procedures for compensation programs 

  • Lead regional compensation projects related to legislative changes, new compensation frameworks, data submissions, global expansion, etc. 

  • Prepare and maintain compensation reports, analytics, and data integrity within the HCMS system (WorkDay) 

  • Participate in compensation surveys and analysisEvaluate, level, and determine market value for roles; maintain regional job and salary structures 

  • Lead, administer and communicate the annual compensation programmes within the region, including Compensation Cycles, Merit, Bonus, LTI programmes, etc.   

  • Approve employee compensation changes, including transfers, promotions, and conversions 

  • Monitor, analyze, and recommend changes to compensation structure and policy to maintain competitiveness, compliance, and cost-effectiveness 

  • Effectively lead, support and inspire team of Compensation Analyst(s) 

 

What makes you successful:

  • 8-12 years of Total Compensation, Rewards and Recognition experience 

  • 2-5 years previous management experience  

  • You will possess a business-related university degree  

  • A relevant HR qualification would be highly desirable 

  • You will have experience of managing compensation programs in multiple European countries  

  • You bring a genuine passion for creating total reward solution

  • You possess excellent analytical and Excel skills as well experience of other experience of similar programmes, (eg. SmartSheet)

  • Any experience of WorkDay software would be a huge advantage

  • You possess strong communication skills and have the ability to work in a global team 

  • You bring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively 

  • You thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment 

  • You possess high levels of attention to detail

Travel Required:

  • 5-15% 

Experience and Education Requirements:   

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience 

  • 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.
