We are looking for a Compensation Manager to lead and enhance global total rewards strategies for a fast-growing, mission-driven tech organization. In this role, you will shape equitable, competitive compensation and equity programs that attract and retain top talent while aligning with business goals. Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Talent, and Leadership teams, you'll bring data-driven insights to compensation planning, pay equity, compliance, and stakeholder communication. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about building scalable rewards programs in a dynamic environment.
Accountabilities:
- Design and manage competitive compensation and equity strategies that support company growth and employee engagement.
- Conduct detailed compensation analyses, job benchmarking, and market research to shape job architecture and reward systems.
- Oversee annual compensation cycles, equity grants, job leveling, salary structures, and compliance reporting.
- Support board reporting and partner with legal on equity governance and regulatory requirements.
- Lead pay equity initiatives through statistical analyses and program design, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure consistency and alignment across programs.
- Create communication materials and deliver training sessions to help managers and employees understand compensation programs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in total rewards through stakeholder feedback and industry best practices.
Requirements - 7+ years of experience in total rewards or compensation roles within high-growth SaaS or tech companies.
- Expertise in compensation strategy, equity management, job leveling, and benchmarking.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Radford, Mercer, Pave, or similar market compensation platforms.
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills; experience with HRIS and equity administration systems.
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and communicate complex data clearly.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and pay equity programs.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to implementation and execution.
- Passion for fairness, transparency, and creating exceptional employee experiences.
