POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting the Compensation Department in completing weekly, monthly, and annual incentive payments for company Team Members who are entitled to such payments. Also preparing, reviewing and distributing employment agreements to store personnel.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
· Additional office/bookkeeping training or education is a plus
· Must be organized and detail oriented
· Must be able to work independently
· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
· Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
