Job Description:

Key responsibilities

  • Analytical Support: Provide analytical support for compensation activities, including evaluating internal and external compensation packages, promotions, long-term incentives, pay competitiveness, compensation analysis and other compensation-related studies.

  • Compensation Activities: Work on various compensation-related activities, such as internal equity analyses, year-end compensation preparation, job evaluations, market benchmarking (including salary structure review), and other compensation-related studies.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Compensation Managers (Global Services and Corporate Services), Business partners (BUHR, Talent Acquisition, etc), and Human Resources Operations partners to understand business issues and develop compensation solutions.

  • Data Analysis and Auditing: Conduct complex analyses and audits to support regulatory and legal compliance for compensation-related matters.

  • Project Management: Support compensation aspects of various business initiatives, such as mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.

Required skills and qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree related to Statistics, Economics, Finance or Human Resource Management is ad advantage, but bot a hard requirement.

  • At least 2-3 years experience in Total Rewards with focus on Compensation, with a strong background in data driven compensation analysis and statistical analysis are necessary.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential, with proficiency in PowerPoint and experience with tools like Power BI is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills are needed.

  • The ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment is required. 

As part of our Company’s growth and expansion plans, we are preparing to relocate to a new office in BGC, Taguig City, tentatively by Q2 2026. Please note that the timeline may still change depending on project developments and other considerations
