Job Duties:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including off-cycle and bonus payrolls, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely data entry into the HRIS.
- Coordinate and support payroll audits and year-end reporting, including W-2 reconciliation.
- Provide compensation recommendations based on job responsibilities and performance.
- Assist in developing and maintaining compensation structures and pay ranges.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support compensation planning and strategy.
- Continuously seek process improvements and stay current on payroll and compensation trends and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of payroll or compensation-related experience; accounting background preferred.
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of labor and tax laws.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
