Job Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including off-cycle and bonus payrolls, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely data entry into the HRIS.
  • Coordinate and support payroll audits and year-end reporting, including W-2 reconciliation.
  • Provide compensation recommendations based on job responsibilities and performance.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining compensation structures and pay ranges.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support compensation planning and strategy.
  • Continuously seek process improvements and stay current on payroll and compensation trends and regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of payroll or compensation-related experience; accounting background preferred.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of labor and tax laws.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
