Do you have hands-on experience using ADP WFN & doing Benefits Billings in multiple states within a  fast-paced environment and open to a Contract to Hire position?

In this, Hybrid, Contract to Hire, Benefits & Compensation Specialist opportunity, you will join a leader named Best in America in their industry and be responsible for administration of Total Rewards programs including Benefits, Compensation, Leave of Absence/FMLA & Worker’s Compensation for locations across 10+ states. Additionally, this position will ensure operations, accurate data management & compliance with policies & regulations.

  • Competitive Compensation: $35-40 per hour

 

Background Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business related, is preferred
  • 5+ years of Human Resources/Generalist experience including Administration of Benefits, Compensation, Leave of Absence/FMLA & Worker’s Compensation
  • You are a Self-Starter & Team Player who takes initiative and proven ability to “take projects & run with them” organizational skills in a fast-paced, changing priority work environment
  • Strong Organizational & time management skills and thrive working in a fast-paced, changing priority environment managing multiple projects at one time
  • Strong experience managing Benefits billings to reconcile monthly benefit invoices, resolve discrepancies & coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate billing
  • Experience with ADP WFN
  • Advanced Excel skillset including Vlookups, Pivot Tables & Macros
  • Must be US Citizen OR US Green Card Holder to be considered
