Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will be a key member of the People leadership team, ensuring our total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s mission and business goals. Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy & Execution
Execute on enterprise total rewards strategy, including supporting incentive design and modeling in partnership with FP&A and Operations
Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluations, and pay equity analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
Partner with Finance and business leaders to manage annual compensation planning and budgeting cycles.
Oversee and lead Talent Architecture and Compensation framework build out for organization
Lead development in partnership with SMEs to support organizational Total Rewards execution.
Lead oversight of budgets, merit process and any special incentive programs.
Manage and administer long term incentive plans and related materials.
Benefits Management
Oversee all employee benefits programs including health and wellness, retirement plans, leave policies, and voluntary benefits.
Evaluate vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality service, and alignment with employee needs.
Champion wellness and wellbeing initiatives to drive engagement and support a healthy workforce.
Recognition & Rewards
Design and manage scalable recognition programs that celebrate individual, and team achievements aligned with company values.
Leverage technology and analytics to measure the impact of recognition initiatives and continuously improve programs.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team.
Partner cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Operations Legal, and Finance to support key people initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations grounded in best practices and data.
Support analytics and recommendations related to executive compensation.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all total rewards programs are compliant with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Maintain strong governance practices and documentation standards.
Direct and ensure compliance with all FLSA and pay regulations
Lead all required state and federal compensation audit submission
Lead proactive workforce audits to ensure accuracy in employee status and identify potential risks
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years leading compensation and benefits functions in a large, multi-state organization.
Deep knowledge of U.S. compensation and benefits regulations and trends.
Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS systems, benchmarking tools, and compensation analytics.
Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, especially outpatient or clinical environments.
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), CBP (Certified Benefits Professional), or similar designation.
Experience leading Total Rewards in a high-growth or multi-site environment

Compensation for this role ranges from $170,000.00 - $240,000.00 based on experience.
