DescriptionThe Executive Compensation Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining executive compensation programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives and governance standards. This role involves analyzing executive compensation data, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Executive Compensation Analyst will collaborate with senior leadership and HR to design competitive and equitable compensation structures for executives.
This is an on-site role and can be based at one of onsemi's offices located at:
Scottsdale, AZ
San Jose, CA
Allen, Texas

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of executive compensation packages, including base salary, bonuses, equity awards, and other incentives.
- Recommend adjustments to executive compensation to maintain internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain compensation structures, including salary grades, incentive programs, and long-term equity plans.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations, as well as corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and compensation committees to design and implement compensation strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on executive compensation-related matters.
- Prepare detailed executive compensation reports and analyses for senior leadership and board presentations.
- Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking studies.
- Assist in the development and administration of annual executive compensation review processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in compensation with a minimum of 3+ years in executive compensation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS).
- Publicly traded company experience.
- In-depth knowledge of executive compensation regulations, best practices, and corporate governance standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and board members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
