The Role
As a Senior Consultant in the Executive Compensation and Board Advisory Practice of Willis Towers Watson’s Work & Rewards Business, you will perform the following job responsibilities.
- Contribute to sales and business development efforts for Work & Rewards consulting business focusing on the area of ECBA
- Serve as Project Manager for marque ECBA clients in Indonesia
- Liase with ECBA Regional team and lead an Indonesian team of consultants and associates in winning clients and delivering excellent client work.
- Working together with Indonesia W&R Country leader in managing operations for ECBA practice
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects
- Develop new intellectual capital for the ECBA practice by consolidating internal work experiences and participating in regional/global initiatives
- Contribute to intellectual eminence and development of point of views on executive compensation and board advisory topics
- Participate in marketing initiatives including media, research papers and surveys
- Work with other lines of business within WTW to cross sell other products and solutions to existing clients
QualificationsThe Requirements
- At least 10-12 years of experience in rewards and compensation in the private sector or a compensation consulting background.
- Knowledge of tax, corporate finance, regulatory, corporate governance and accounting requirements
- Subject-matter expertise in compensation, including the areas of tax, corporate finance, regulatory and accounting requirements, annual, equity, stock and other long and short term incentive programs
- Demonstrated first-hand experience with special equity and incentive plans in a broad array of compensation related areas
- Some experience with special equity and incentive plans for situations such as IPOs, LBOs, M&As, divestitures and entrepreneurial starts ups will be a plus
- Demonstrated success or strong evidence to support new business generation
- Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
- An executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity
- Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
- Strong business acumen, analytical and creative skills
- Enjoy training/mentoring junior staff
- The ability to see the "big picture “ and to make the most of the resources of related practices to address the clients' business challenges
- An undergraduate degree is required; a second degree highly desirable, particularly an MBA or MA or MSc
