We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Toronto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Executive Compensation Partner supports clients in the design and execution of performance measurement and reward strategies that reinforce business objectives. This Consultant works with organizations to identify the financial and people factors that drive value.

We will count on you to:
• Have a minimum of 12-15 years of relevant work experience in Executive Compensation within a consulting firm or large corporate environment.
• Provide consulting services on broader Human Capital issues and/or market trends.
• Recognize and identify business development/sales opportunities.
• Interact with and advise board level and C-suite executives on a regular basis.
• Oversee and be accountable for all deliverables created by the client team.
• Design short-term and long-term incentive programs that reinforce the clients' strategic objectives.
• Develop executive compensation strategies, philosophies and programs that address clients’ attraction and retention needs.
• Act as a lead consultant (1st chair) for numerous Compensation Committees (either management or board side).

What you need to have:
• BA/BS degree
• Experience consulting on Executive Compensation.
