Ensure that Independent Sales Representatives receive accurate and timely payments for commissions, overrides, quarterly bonuses on premiums submitted and renewed, adhering to established deadlines.
Handle various financial transactions, including payments, incentives, and bonuses for Independent Sales Representatives.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries from Independent Sales Representatives through the Regional Administrators.
Verify the accuracy of all entries on bi-weekly statements are showing correct compensation prior to release.
Maintain Independent Sales Representatives' accounts in accordance with the time period specified in their contracts.
Proactively monitor and manage any negative account balances held by agents to safeguard the company's interests.
Administer the Agent Advance Program using Excel and/or mainframe macros on a weekly basis, including reconciliations and resolution of any discrepancies.
Develop and maintain new and existing macros for the department to streamline operations.
Log and adjust weekly control reports based on policy change information.
Support training, coaching, and documentation of procedures for the Field Compensation Team.
Assist with any ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager to ensure smooth departmental functioning
Qualifications
University Graduate, BA (Finance or Mathematics preferred).
Must have 3 years’ work experience.
Strong Mathematics background with attention to detail, solid analytical, problem solving skills.
Accounting knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, etc), advanced skills in Excel program.
