Job Description

Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced and highly skilled HR Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team. Working as a key member of the Global Reward function, the HR Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting on the full breadth of compensation activities, including the annual remuneration cycle. The role will be responsible for reward data manipulation and analysis and having a focus on continuous process improvement. Collaborating with the wider HR team to deliver these critical processes smoothly is key to the role’s success. Strong excel/ macros experience is required. 

*In-office working is required at least two days out of the work week in any of these T&T offices- NYC, Houston, or Atlanta. This is not a remote role!

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing internal data and market surveys to identify trends and gaps in compensation and benefits offerings. 
  • Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management. 
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new compensation programs.  
  • Participating in salary surveys and market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices. 
  • Supporting job evaluations and the development of job profiles. 
  • Analyzing pay equity and identifying opportunities to address disparities. 
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal Wage and Hour regulations. 
  • Manage annual salary increase processes. 
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation data. 
  • Lead compensation-related projects, including data collection, analysis, presentation, and program implementation. 
  • Provide support to HR and management on compensation-related inquiries and issues. 
  • Develop and manage reports on compensation programs. 
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation or a related total rewards field.
  • Strong data analytics is required, with the ability to present findings to internal business stakeholders. 
  • Excel/ Macros proficiency is required. 
  • Knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Knowledge of job analysis and evaluation principles.
  • Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Understanding of federal and state wage and hour regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $80K-$105K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.  Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
