ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview:
In the role of Sales & Business Operations Central Specialist the overall responsibilities are defining, creating, implementing, and optimizing global standards and practices for Sales performance and Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Management. The Sales Perfomance and Sales Incentive Plan Management is a key function within our Global Retail Sales Operations organization.
The specialist will interact with senior sales leaders and sales operations leaders to maximize the Sales performance through supporting the design of Sales Incentive Plans, target setting and target verification. This position will work with various teams in an agile environment to design and implement actionable Sales Incentive Plans and maintaining the commission calculation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Annual set up of Sales Incentive Plan:
- Driving Sales Incentive Plan Design and rules set-up
- Presenting Sales Incentive Plan principals to Sales Leaders of international Regions, Countries
- Verifying and following up of target setting for Account Managers and Sales Leaders
- Creating and sending final Sales commission letters via DocuSign to Account Managers and Sales leaders
- Ongoing activities
- Performing regular (monthly) reporting on actual performance to management and account managers
- Performing compensation calculations (monthly / quarterly) and distribute them to HR and employees for payouts
- Maintaining commission calculation tool
- Acting as a central point of contact in case of questions, escalations related to Sales Incentive Plan and commission payments
- Initiating the target setting for new Sales employees, adjusting the targets in case of role changes, performing ad-hoc calculations in case of leavers
- Ad-hoc analysis of sales data from different data sources to verify set targets and ensure data quality.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Finance or Economy
- 5+ years of experience in sales support and/ or finance functions
- Familiarity with international business and ability to collaborate across business cultures
- Proactive, Highly self-motivated, Willing to learn and take challenge.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong tech skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word)
- Good communication skills including ability to present on executive-level and contributions at operational staff meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in incentive planning/ sales performance management
- Experiences in Oracle EPM, SAP BI.
