Mercer Italy is looking for candidates passionate about making a difference in the careers of thousands of people to join through an exciting and fruitful internship in the Reward and Executive Compensation Practice team based in Milan.
What can you expect?
As a Mercer Intern you will support our Reward and Executive Compensation Practice in activities related to evaluation and analysis of job profiles, compensation analysis, surveys productions and market benchmarks to support our Clients on Compensation and Reward practices.
We will count on you to:
Contribute to perform job analysis, job evaluation and job matching
Cooperate in the activities of data validation, compensation analysis and benchmarking
Support the compensation surveys production and the analysis of yearly results, in order to develop market trends by industry, by geography, by role etc
Support our teams working in defining our clients’ Reward and Compensation Strategy
Take part to the assessment and design of our clients incentive systems (MBO, sales incentives, Long Term Incentive…)
Assist in market scouting and developing market best practices for Reward items
Support the preparation of presentations for clients (in italian and english)
Support our teams working in defining our clients’ Reward and Compensation Strategy
Contribute to perform job analysis, job evaluation and job matching
Cooperate in the activity of data validation, compensation analysis and benchmarking
Support the evaluation of total compensation packages
Take part to the assessment and design of our clients incentive systems (MBO, sales incentives…)
Assist in market scouting and market best practices for incentive plans
Support the preparation of presentations for clients (in italian and english)
Leverage the opportunity to further develop your skills and join other Mercer’s teams in different HR consulting areas
What you need to have?
University master’s degree in economics / organization/ management preferred
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point);
Fluency in both Italian and English languages;
