The HR Sales Compensations Associate will support the efforts of the compensation process for our different sales units across Arrow. In this role, understanding sales plans, being attentive to detail and problem solving are part of the success traits desired.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support the HR Sales Compensation Analysts with information regarding the sales plans.
Maintain and update compensation information pertinent to each division.
Support the verified accuracy and timeliness of payments; submit this information to payroll as requested.
Answer questions from sales employees regarding compensation.
Support activities needed for the development, implementation and administration of incentive programs and policies.
Continuously collaborates to enhance and automate processes.
Provides support in the preparation of reports ( Workday, Oracle, others) and special projects as required by management
What We Are Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in related field
MS Excel skills are non-negotiable.
Proven effective verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is required; all applications must be submitted in English).
Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems is preferred
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, problem solving skills, analytical skills and detail oriented.
Background with Payroll, business acumen, numbers fluency
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
