This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE/8 hours per day position working on the CL-12 (260 days per full school year) schedule, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
This position works within the dynamic, fast-paced, and team-focused department of HR. As the key compliance roles for state federally mandated employer support systems for all staff, this position works closely with the Benefit/Leaves Specialist and with the Human Resources ADA, Benefits and Leaves Administrator. This exciting work supports the HUMAN side of human resources: Supporting staff through the toughest situations, by helping them navigate injury, leave and return documentation. Upon offer of employment applicants must obtain a fingerprint clearance from the Oregon State Police Department and the FBI through a process authorized by the Eugene School District 4J. Applicants would be responsible for the one-time fingerprint clearance fee.
