POSITION SUMMARY
At East Alabama Health, the Labor Compensation Analyst is responsible for daily maintenance of the organizational FTE budget, both increasing and decreasing FTEs based on organizational decisions. This position is also responsible for daily decision of the position control and compensation queue in the INFOR system and works closely with the Labor Management Director on daily labor expense management projects as well as compensation initiatives.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
Bachelorβs Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or other related field.
Minimum Experience
One to two years in a healthcare or business setting with experience in systems analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Required Registration/License/Certification
N/A
Preferred Education
Master of Business Administration, Master of Healthcare Administration, or other related field.
Preferred Experience
Two years of experience in system analysis and support in a healthcare environment.
