Recruitment Range: $67,852 - $108,150
This position is eligible for teleworking, and OSHR is currently offering a three-day onsite and two-day remote hybrid schedule.
We invite you to consider an opportunity to join the OSHR Total Rewards team as a Senior Compensation and Classification Consultant. This role is ideal for a solution-focused subject matter expert with extensive experience in job design, labor market analysis, classification, position management, and project leadership.
This position demands a highly analytical professional responsible for program modeling, analyzing, pricing, and reporting on compensation programs, all of which are crucial for maintaining the Statewide Compensation System.

Bachelor's degree, typically in Human Resources or related field from an appropriately accredited institution, and 5 years of experience required; or High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination or education and experience.
