We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Total Rewards, to join my clients dynamic HR team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager and working in collaboration with the Director and VP of HR, you will be responsible for overseeing the global total rewards programs, which includes designing, planning, and implementing corporate programs, policies, and procedures that adhere to legal requirements for executives and employees. Your expertise in compensation and benefits analysis and implementation will be critical as the company continues to grow.
As the Manager, Total Rewards, you will be a key contributor to the development and implementation of their global total rewards programs, including executive compensation. You will establish and maintain plan documents and communication materials, as well as prepare employee awareness campaigns on total reward programs to communicate the Employee Value Proposition. You will liaise with HR and Finance team members in Corporate as well as the operating sites in North America to ensure our programs are competitive, equitable and in compliance with legal requirements.

To be considered for this position, you should have a university degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business. A compensation certification with CBP, CCP or CEBS designation would be an asset. A minimum of 7 yearsβ experience is required, with demonstrated progressive experience in compensation and benefits analysis and implementation, and knowledge of market best practices. You should have experience managing the year-end process of salary, bonus, and equity administration, as well as knowledge of wellness, benefits, and retirement programs. Additionally, experience with contract management and management of complex health or insurance plans provided by external vendors is a plus. You should also be able to prepare ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Excel, as well as strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
