Oracle HCM Compensation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage the Oracle HCM Compensation module end to end.
• Implement the Workforce Compensation module for clients, including set-up, testing and go-live support.
• Design and develop innovative compensation solutions using Oracle HCM.
• Work closely with the consulting team to understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ implementations of Oracle HCM Compensation module.
• Experience developing complex compensation plans and a basic understanding of fast formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
