The Organization Management & Compensation Specialist supports the development and implementation of organizational structures, job evaluations, and compensation strategies to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. The role involves providing data-driven recommendations for workforce planning and compensation aligned with business objectives.

The role will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Conduct job evaluation and grading using established frameworks.
  • Design and maintain organizational structures, including spans and leveling analysis.
  • Provide HR analytics and reporting to support organizational design decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR functions and business lines on workforce planning and restructuring projects.
  • Perform salary benchmarking and interpret market survey data for competitive pay recommendations.
  • Assist in developing and updating salary structures, pay bands, and compensation policies.
  • Provide HR analytics and reporting to support compensation-related decisions.
  • Participate in annual salary review processes and compensation projects.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive compensation data.
  • Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by Management to support HR and business objectives.
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation, organization design, or analytical roles.
  • Strong understanding of job evaluation frameworks and salary benchmarking.
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret data and recommend actionable insights.
  • Expertise in project management to handle multiple initiatives, coupled with problem-solving capabilities.
  • High integrity and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.
