Assists with day-to-day administration of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta's physician compensation programs.
Experience
- Two years of experience in compensation, finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience
- CCP certification
- MarketPay experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
Certification Summary
- No professional certifications required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of state and federal employee compensation laws and regulations
- Proficient in the use and application of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Job Responsibilities
- Researches and responds to questions, interprets policies, and assists with compensation-related issues.
- Provides job offer consultations to recruiters to ensure equity and competitiveness.
- Creates and tracks offer letters.
- Completes salary surveys and assists with annual salary survey database updates.
- Works closely with the HRIS and Payroll teams to upload employee, job code, and structure changes as well as bonus and incentive payouts.
- Completes job evaluations and internal equity reviews.
- Assists with the annual physician and mid-level provider market review process.
- Assists with annual physician incentive plan and payout processes.
- Assists with special projects as requested.
