You have a higher professional education (HBO) in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field
You have experience with sales compensation, commissions, or incentives
You are confident with Excel and BI tools
You know sales processes and incentive models, preferably in B2B
You work accurately and enjoy catching every detail
You have experience with audits and controls
You explain numbers clearly to colleagues
Familiarity with compensation software or systems is a plus
