Roles and Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert in Global Sales Compensation
Create and set up new sales compensation plan structures
Roll out and execution of sales compensation plans worldwide
Support the management of Sales incentive compensation programs, including participant tracking, payout calculation, and payment processing and administration.
Act as focal point for compensation analysis and benchmarking activities.
Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR teams on all compensation matters.
Monitor and review changes in compensation laws and regulations; periodically review programs and process for compliance.
Participate in Total Rewards global initiatives and related projects.
Required Qualifications
This role requires minimum 4+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or sales operations or relevant experience
Fluency in English
