DescriptionThe Sales Operations Territory and Compensation Analyst is part of a dynamic team, chartered with providing mission critical support to NA Applications Consulting sales teams. This role works cross functionally with several teams including Sales Compensation and Finance supporting all functions essential to sales productivity including budget modeling, territory planning, quota setting, plan issuance, credit exceptions, incentives plan adjustments, and key metric analysis.

Responsibilities- Serves as liaison with Corporate Sales Compensation on all NA Consulting Sales plan policies, sales credit related rules and processes, and exception requests
- Supports annual sales budget planning by modeling headcount and quotas per growth objectives
- Facilitate territory planning process to ensure equitable distribution of accounts.
- Facilitates quota planning process ensuring optimal quota coverage by sales team and equitable assignment of individual quotas.
- Partners with Finance to get quotas approved and plans issued according to corporate schedule
- Updates territories and quota tools as new sales reps are hired and issues plans accordingly
- Builds models to analyze, report, and present sales leadership data to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.
- Review and approves solution incentive claims
- Prepares and updates related standard month and quarter end reports
- Performs advanced analysis of pipeline, bookings and sales activity to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams.
- Leads special projects as needed including the definition of requirements and roll out of sales intelligence business analytics tool and assessing standard reports for potential improvements
- Performs ad hoc reports and analysis as frequently requested by executive team
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of demonstrated success in a sales operations, sales compensation or finance role
- Proven analytical ability combined with an attention to detail
- Knowledge of sales and sales compensation processes and ability to apply policies, practices and systems
- Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets
- Affinity to talking with numbers; inherent aptitude to quantify and support conclusions with data
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational and management skills
- Relentless focus on accuracy and getting things done
