Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently.
Propose effective work-around or alternative solution, oversee the selection of solutions and estimate resources/cost required to implement the proposed solution to meet customerβs requirements
Manage changes to configurable items. It covers configuration management planning, configuration identification, configuration controls & audits.
Conduct review & integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables before handing over to users for UAT.
Develop technical design specification & translate design into specifications.
Develop test package, execute test and document test results to ensure the quality of the program.
Prepare & maintain up-to-date system documentation.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
Preferably at least 3 year of experience with implementation / maintenance, consulting, pre-sales or as end-user using the above product
Expertise in SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY) and Benefits (BN).
Good knowledge with hands-on experience in managing IT incidents and problems.
Good analytical skills with ability to quickly establish cause of system issue reported.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to work with others to resolve problems.
Ability to communicate information well to co-workers and management verbally and in writing.
Able to work independently as well as an excellent team player
