We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors LMS & Compensation Consultant experienced in learning, rewards, and performance-related processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in LMS configuration, Compensation cycles, and integrations with Performance & Goals and Employee Central modules. You will partner with HR stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant learning and compensation solutions.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, or related discipline with 4–7 years of relevant LMS and Compensation experience. Certification in LMS or Compensation module is highly desirable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain LMS processes including course management, user assignment, and learning history.
• Manage Compensation cycles, guidelines, and worksheets.
• Ensure integration between EC, Performance & Goals, and LMS/Compensation modules.
• Provide reports, compliance tracking, and audit support.
• Partner with HR and business teams to design scalable solutions.

Must-Have Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in SuccessFactors LMS and Compensation modules.
• Deep understanding of Learning Assignments, Curricula, and Compensation Planning.
• Knowledge of role-based permissions and integration with EC.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to Performance & Goals, PMGM, or Calibration.
• Certified in LMS or Compensation module.
