About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team and support both broad based compensation initiatives as well as manage our equity programs. As a key player on the total rewards team, you will help implement our compensation strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices across our diverse workforce.
Broad Based Compensation Responsibilities
Support compensation benchmarking process through survey participation, salary structure maintenance and management of our compensation software (Payscale)
Collaborate with regional HR teams and Talent Acquisition to address local compensation needs for assigned client areas and geographies
Assist with the annual compensation review process and related activities, including leading audits of compensation data throughout the year
Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, including pay equity and pay fairness within the organization
Manage compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation (FLSA, job postings, local country regulations)
Equity Compensation Responsibilities
Coordinate equity compensation grants and award agreements (RSA’s and PSU’s) including annual vesting of awards and tracking the acceptance of new grants.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and HR team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including conducting research on new country requirements.
Build training materials and communications to educate employees on equity compensation programs
Assist with equity-related reporting in coordination with finance
Partner closely with external vendors and service providers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance or accounting is preferred
2-5 years of compensation experience
Knowledge of compensation practices, market trends, and the ability to formulate analysis and proposals
Strong critical analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Power BI experience preferred.
Ideally possesses knowledge of stock plan design, taxation, and SEC regulations, with experience in a global organization preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (Business, Finance, HR, Legal)
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
