Supporting one of our core business units, this role ensures that compensation decisions are data-driven, aligned with our global framework, talent strategy and executed with precision and consistency.

We’re looking for individuals who bring both analytical skills and proactive curiosity — who can manage high volumes of data efficiently while identifying insights and opportunities through automation, AI, and machine learning. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on detail, embraces technology, is passionate about compensation and brings energy and innovation to every challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Compensation team and Delivery Operations to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful analyses that inform pay and performance decisions across the business.
  • Utilize Workday (Advanced Compensation), PayFactors, Excel, and data analytics tools — including AI or machine learning modules where appropriate — to drive automation, consistency, and deeper insight.
  • Analyze market data, internal pay structures, and compensation trends to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Prepare compensation models, dashboards, and visualizations to support business leaders and HR partners in making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Actively identify trends, risks, and opportunities in compensation data and proactively recommend actions or improvements to Compensation Partners.
  • Participate in annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, and salary planning) ensuring flawless execution, data integrity, and process optimization.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of compensation processes by leveraging technology, best practices, and innovation to enhance efficiency and insight.
  • Collaborate with global Total Rewards colleagues to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide compensation philosophy, frameworks, and governance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of compensation or rewards analytics experience within a global enterprise environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Workday (Advanced Compensation preferred), Excel, and analytical tools; familiarity with AI/ML-driven analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) strongly preferred.
  • Productivity & Precision: Demonstrated ability to manage large data volumes with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail — maintaining high-quality output under tight timelines.
  • Analytical Strength: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable working with complex datasets and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Proactive Thinking: Ability to anticipate needs, identify emerging patterns, and bring forward recommendations that improve compensation outcomes.
  • Learning Mindset: Insatiable curiosity, adaptability, and energy to grow in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong partnership mindset with excellent written and verbal English skills; able to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable messages.
