Partners with business leaders to define, evaluate and price jobs.
Participates in salary surveys and conducts market analysis to assess the competitiveness of the organization's compensation programs.
Collaborates with HR and management to develop and implement compensation planning processes.
Provides consultation and support to leadership regarding salary recommendations, merit increases, bonus programs and other compensation topics.
Conducts regular audits of compensation data to ensure accuracy and integrity, as well as compliance with established guidelines, policies and practices, and relevant laws and regulations.
Communicates compensation-related policies, programs, and changes, and provides training on compensation-related topics as assigned.
Typically requires:
7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
Knowledge of compensation principles, programs, practices and related laws and regulations.
Intermediate Excel skills required including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, creating charts and graphs.
Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn and grow in the compensation field.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize efficiently, establish priorities and attend to details.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to employees with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to handle confidential information with high degree of discretion.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation and experience with Workday or similar HRIS platform preferred.

Base Pay Range:
$94,400-$129,800The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
